The project consists of two, 3-story, 45,000 Sq.Ft. buildings for a total of 90,000 Sq.Ft. of which 30,000 Sq.Ft. are prime “Class A” retail and dining and the rest is professional office space. The project also is integrated with a 14 screen movie theater and an out parcel with a Chili’s restaurant.

Portofino Professional Center
The project is adjacent to the “Homestead Baptist Hospital” and it will consist of a single 3-story 60,000 Sq.Ft. building and will have a footprint of approximately 20,000 square feet. All three floors will house professional office space.

The project consists of three buildings one with 18,590 Sq.Ft in the first floor for retail and 9,295 of office space in the second floor and two outparcels housing buildings of approximately 5,000 Sq.Ft. each.

The project consists of a 3-story, 45,000 Sq.Ft. building with a footprint of approximately 15,000 square feet. The ground floor contains retail with professional office space on the upper floors.
