‘Prime Commercial Developers’, an ‘Abbo Group of Companies’,
residential pioneer in the City of Homestead now meeting the residents’
need for commercial space.

It is a great pleasure to share with you the launching of two of our newest real estate projects: ‘Portofino Professional Center’ and ‘Portofino Plaza’ in Homestead, Florida.

Both are commercial buildings that offer Class A office condominiums to medical and business professionals. They are located on Campbell Drive, the main entrance to the City of Homestead and only minutes away from the Florida Turnpike.

‘Portofino Professional Center’ will be a 3-story building adjacent to the new ‘Homestead Baptist Hospital’; a mile away, ‘Portofino Plaza’ will be a mixed use project with two identical 3 story buildings featuring a 14-screen movie theater that will also appeal to those in the retail and restaurant industries.

We recently hosted a Groundbreaking ceremony that was well attended by members of the press and the Mayor of Homestead, Roscoe Warren, as well as other city officials. We are honored that the City of Homestead presented us with a proclamation that declared January 11 as ‘Prime Commercial Developers’ Day.

The response from the medical and professional community has been outstanding and our sales team is very busy showing the plans and taking reservations.
