1. Only one Home (Unit) will be sold per Buyer or Household
  2. A photo identification (i.e. drivers license, passport) is required for each buyer, which photo identification must be produced to the sales agent and a copy will be made at the time a purchase and sales agreement is signed.
  3. Prices are subject to change (including increases) throughout the day.
  4. All buyers must be present at time of contract, or Buyer must have a personal representative having all contract documents previously executed by Buyer.
  5. The purchase and Sale Agreement (contract) will not be transferable or assignable, without the prior written consent of the Seller/Developer, as provided for within the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
  6. No additions or deletions of any buyer(s) or names will be allowed after the purchase and Sale Agreement is executed by Buyer(s)
  7. There will be no sales to Corporations or Partnerships or other fictitious entities.
  8. Only personal checks or cashier checks will be accepted. No business checks or cash.
  9. Make all deposits payable to the order of Shore to Shore Title Inc, Escrow Account.
  10. Buyers for “owner occupied” homes are required to provide a minimum deposit of 10% percent of the sales price. $3,000.00 is to be paid at the time of signing the Purchase and Sale Agreement and the balance of 10% is to be paid within 10 days of the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
  11. Second Home Buyers or Investors are required to make a minimum Deposit of 20% of the sales price. $3,000.00 will be collected at the time of signing the Purchase and Sale Agreement with the balance of the initial 10% being due within 10 days of the Purchase and Sale Agreement. The additional 10% will be due within 60 days of the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
